Society Annual Gala Information

• DATE:           Saturday December 5th, 2015
• TIME:            6:00PM
• LOCATION:  Mecklenberg Gardens – Bavarian Beer Haus
• ATTIRE:        Suit and Tie/Dinner Dress Attire – Alumni DM’s/Honoraries/Trainees – Don’t forget to wear your Whistles and pins!
• MENU:          Dinner Menu & Cash Bar – All guests will be on a pay as you go plan, so you will only pay for what you eat and/or drink.

• 6:00pm – Arrival
• 6:15pm – Social Coctail Hour w/Appetizers
• 6:40pm – Dinner Orders
• 7:00pm – Dinner
• 7:50pm – BRIEF Annual Presentation
• 8:00pm – Awards
• 8:15pm – Post Gala Drinks and Social Hour
